# The “Cannot create the report” problem

 * Hello everyone! As part of my process to improve my website’s performance, I 
   installed your plugin Code Profiler to analyze the resource usage of my other
   plugins. However, it showed me the following message:
 * “ERROR Cannot create the report: the profiler did not generate a data file (calls).
   You may find more details about this error in the Log tab or your PHP error log.”
 * As recommended, I’m copying the error’s code here, hoping someone can help me
   understand what I should do next.

 * Your AJAX API endpoint (`/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php`) it not accessible:
 *     ```wp-block-code

       ```
   
 * As you seem to be using Cloudflare, that may be the reason why the profiler can’t
   run. 
   It needs to access it.
