 * The customization section within the Amelia plugin does not work, when entering
   this section the page loads in a loop.
 * I have used Amelia before and it has worked perfectly, how can I use an older
   version of the plugin which has not given me any problems so far?

 * Can you please let me know if there is any customer or a provider with the same
   email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
 * If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or provider
   and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
