# The discussion shortcode

 * The discussions shortcode isn’t working. I have made sure that the “ID” is exactly
   right. I have inserted the shortcode as a shortcode, not as code. So, technically
   it should be working, but as you can see it isn’t.

 * If the shortcode is displaying as plain text, it means that the shortcode is 
   not registered and nothing is rendering. This means you haven’t enabled the “
   Discussion” feature in the AI Engine settings. Please make sure to check this
   option; otherwise, it won’t work. Thanks!
