# The Export function does not work

 * I am using this plugin on several sites. And was happy to see that one can export
   buttons you have designed to be used on other sites. Unfortunately, it does not
   work.
 * Contacting their support was also a frustrating experience… Even after providing
   them with access to my site they could not fix the problem…
 * and after one reply from their support to which I replied then never got back
   to me again..
 * So, I am not too happy…
