The Loop is Messing Up My CSS!

Hi All!

I have a website I’m building and it’s basically a main page with overlays for the content. Three of the overlays have WordPress content in them via The Loop. When you click on the overlay button for the overlays that are using WordPress content, you can see in the background of the overlay that the entire site gets reorganized. I lose my background image, and my overlay tabs become unorganized and messed up. I’m not sure what’s going on…
