 * I logged into the WordPress admin and I don’t see the Backup Migration plugin
   in the plugin overview. There is a warning at the top of the page: The backup-
   backup/backup-backup.php plugin has been disabled because an error occurred:
   Plugin does not exist. Everything was fine yesterday. WordPress 6.4.2, PHP 8.2.9(
   Apache). Is it possible for the plugin to uninstall itself? I checked the plugins
   folder via FTP and Backup Migration is not there. There is only backup-migration-
   config.php file (commented inside) in the wp-content directory.

 * Hello [@ferda2](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ferda2/) ,
 * The plugin will not uninstall or disable itself for any reason. Some third party
   might have done that. Please reinstall the plugin, and provide us with a debug
   log so we can try to replicate the issue and catch the potential culprit:
 * Please navigate to the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options
   and click on the button:
   Share debug info with BackupBliss team
 * And here’s a screenshot that shows where to get it: [https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm](https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm)
 * Please paste the debug code in your reply.
 * Kind regards

 * Everything is fine now. I changed passwords (FTP, database, etc.). I have checked
   for file integrity, malware and enabled logging.

 * Hi [@ferda2](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ferda2/)
 * That’s strange what you describe, backup-migration-config.php is our static config
   file commented to protect its contents, which our plugin can still read.
 * Overall if you use some security plugins or jetpack plugin itself, it could cause
   the issue as jetpack tend to remove plugins from time to time based on their “
   recommendation and preferences”.
