 * Well I can’t help you if that is all you are going to say, it works fine for 
   over 10k users.

 * What else can I say. I confiured it. chose additional fields, saved, the fields
   are in black. I am adding a new user and the fields are not there. Nothing. I
   don’t know about the 10 K. Did you speak with them all?

 * I did. I tried on a different site with different theme and plugin and I could
   not make it work. I am using WordPress in Hebrew which is right to left. Maybe
   that is the issue?

 * I don’t know, it is hard to say, it could be that or another plugin. It is known
   that it won’t work on multisite at this time either. It is hard to say without
   being able to physically look at it and see what is happening. I do know that
   it works on most instances and combinations of WordPress, however the Genesis
   framework and theme my login and a couple other registration & security plugins
   seem to give it issues at times. Wish I could help you more, but I would need
   to have more information to do that. Let me know if there is more I can do for
   you.
