# The plugin doesn’t save my changes

 * Hi, unfortunately since I updated to version 7.0 every change I make to generate
   the shortcode, when I go to apply it all the changes vanish. Also the display
   of my plugin settings are different than your screenshots (see attachment). Why?
   
   I reinstalled the plugin several times, cleaned the cache, removed the plugins
   that use the cache, changed the php version, deleted the DB tables, but nothing,
   every time I install it I have the same problem, how can I fix it?Thank you

 * Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having issues.
 * I have not seen this one before. Your screenshot tells me that the Auction Nudge
   stylesheet (and possibly other assets) are not being loaded. Are you seeing any
   errors in your browser’s [console](https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis)?
 * It is possible that there is a conflict with another plugin or theme. It would
   be worth systematically disabling other plugins to see if this is the case.
 * Do you run in to the same issues with the plugin on a fresh WordPress install?
 * Please do let me know if you are still experiencing problems.
