# The plugin doesn’t work

 * Hello. The plugin on the page attached to the message isn’t working. The lightbox
   won’t activate. Everything works on all other pages of the site. Please take 
   a look and suggest a solution. Without fixing the problem, there’s no point in
   installing the plugin, much less the professional version.

 * Thank you for sharing your website. From accessing it, it seems that the Meow
   Lightbox scripts are simply not loaded, so it would be expected for the lightbox
   not to work if they’re missing. This could be happening because of cache, if 
   your site is loaded with cached values from before the plugin was installed, 
   that could be the reason. Please temporarily try to disable your cache, security,
   or optimization plugin to see if this helps.
 * Because you don’t get a response in 3 days does not mean that the plugin has 
   been abandoned. This forum is made for the free version of the plugin, and we
   prioritize support directly on our site, so you might get a slight delay using
   the forum, but we still respond to everyone. Thank you for your patience and 
   understanding.

 * Thanks for your reply, but the issue remains unresolved. I’ve tried everything
   you wrote, and it doesn’t help. It seems you misunderstood my question. The plugin
   works on all pages. However, it doesn’t work on the page (link) I sent you. I
   need a solution to get it working on that page.
