Dear support,
I installed the plugin, and find some problem of it with my site,
1. I enabled preorder for one product, but the text of the add to cart button disappears, but the button still there, preorder button not show. (https://prnt.sc/13hh6ss)
2. the preorder option doesn’t show for variable products. (https://prnt.sc/13hhfx1)

Hi,
1. please make sure you update the preorder settings from WooCommerce > settings > preorder TAB
2.the preorder options for the variable product is under the variation tab. options display under the inventory tab only for non-variation products.

Thanks for your reply,
1. Yes, I have updated the setting(https://prnt.sc/13huxxg), and activated the preorder for this product(https://prnt.sc/13hv0i6). both title of button and the available date doesn’t show.
2. Thanks, I set a variation as preorder, the text on button changed, but it still shows out of stock(I’m not sure if it should be here with preorder) and the available date doesn’t show.(https://prnt.sc/13hvoac)

Hi,

1. make sure another plugin does not override the add to cart text filter.
2. please change the product status in ‘in-stock’ . preorder required product have in =stock status but it will act as a preorder in frontend.

I test only active WC and preorder,

1. I active the preorder for this single product, but it only show add to cart button without the available date(https://prnt.sc/13iw78d)
2. I set the status to in stock, the text on button and the available date don’t show.

Can you please check with the staging site? Thank you.

`Maybe your theme (or another plugin) is messing/conflicting with it?

To troubleshoot, disable all plugins but WooCommerce and also switch temporarily to “Twenty Twenty-One” theme – does it work?

If yes, you have a conflict with your current theme or one of the plugins.

I checked with the “Twenty Twenty-One” theme, but it still not work(“Twenty Twenty-One” theme).

Hi, I only active the woocommerce and preorder on my site, and the theme is twenty-twenty, and enabled preorder for the product, the preorder still not work.
