# The problem started with purchasing

 * **I can not access my account because of wordfence.**
   I have already buy pro 
   licence and tried to change my password.After change my password I dont get any
   confirmation emails.I have try login with my new password then I got bellow message:“
   Your access to this site has been temporarily limited by the site owner”Im trying“
   Send unlock email” function but still don’t get any email. And yes I check all
   my spam folder.
 * I can not access my account, I can not setup your plugin. What the fuck?
   **Do
   you test Wordfence sending email functions? Because its not working.**
 * Im so disappointed.

 * To me this highlights the importance of backups and ability to restore, access
   to the server file system as well as the db over ssh or other secure connection.
   
   I’ve also been locked out, not by this plugin though, but that was easily fixed
   because I had made sure I, not anyone, had access in multiple ways.Right now,
   I’m building test server on the same VPS as my main so I can test everything 
   on an updated replica and use CD to update the main when I see that everything
   works. It’s an effort setting up, but it’ll pay back.
