 * Is there any way we can get the same fields available when we add an order manually
   in wp-admin?
 * The checkout fields editor is really helpful for us as long as the customer completes
   the order the ordinary way, but in many cases we need to help customers by making
   everything ready for them so they can finish it by doing payment.
 * Keeping my fingers crossed!
