# The search-functionality doesn’t work!

 * **Hi there!**
 * I don’t get it. Somehow, my search-functionality/button has stopped working. 
   I’ve been messing a liiitle bit around with some language translation-stuff in
   search.php and header.php, but I didn’t touch any code.
 * Here’s whats happening when a user wants to search:
    A user types in a keyword
   in the textfield and clicks the search-button. Then it just reloads the homepage(
   index.php). Nothing else. I don’t think it even runs the search.php at all.
 * Would some of you guys like to look at my search-section from header.php and 
   search.php?

 * I have the same problem [here](http://hipercroquis.net).
    It seems that the search
   function stopped working when I upgraded to wordpress 2.5 I’ve proved with the
   technorati search and with other search plugins, but the problem persists… Please
   give us a solution. Thx in advance Javier 😉
