‘The site does not accept subscriptions’ error, need help

    Hi Jetpack Team, my site is showing the error ‘The site does not accept subscriptions’. I believe my subscriber importer state is stuck from a previous CSV upload. Could you please reset the importer state for my site https://celinewang94.wordpress.com/ ? Thank you!

    You’ve reached support for the Jetpack plugin. Your issue is not strictly related to Jetpack as your site is hosted for free on WordPress.com, but I can help point you in the right direction.

    I briefly checked the subscription settings, and I could see a block I reversed. You should be all set now. The next time you have an issue, please contact our colleagues at WordPress.com via WordPress.com/help.
