The white overlay editor issue

    I am experiencing what I presume is the issue you mention in the BEFORE POSTING ticket.

    The editor does not work. It is white, with no way to activate it (can’t add any code to it).

    The theme on this site is Divi.
    The plugins are shown in this screenshot:

    I’ve installed the Divi theme along your list of plugins (used the 8Degree Fly Menu the free version, not the paid one), but didn’t manage to replicate the problem.

    Would you please tell me the version of WordPress and of Simple Custom CSS and JS you have on the website?

    A screenshot of the JS console from the “Add Custom CSS” page would be helpful. You can open the JS console by hitting the “Ctrl + Shift + I”, as shown in this screenshot.
