    Hello…

Here is the most weird problem that i had in my and colorful WP journey… Simply the the_content code doesn’t display the article neither for posts nor for pages. However, the_title, the_date, the_excerpt etc. all the other codes work correctly.

Now… I have a highly modified theme and I use especially the Feedwordpress plugin. But I don’t understand how and why this happens…

    Do you have any idea?

    Thanx,

    airhoune

  • It would probably be mistake in your customized theme. If you change to default theme, I would assume that your content would show up. You could paste the section of your theme where you call the_content simply because there are too many reasons why the content is not showing up using your theme.

Thank you for the quick response mercime..

Bu I’ve already tried that way (restoring the default theme) and no change… I have the title, the date and the aother staff… but not the content 🙁

Whoa, that’s bad. I’ve seen the forum threads you’ve been involved in, so I recommend deactivating all plugins in your installation. See if content appears. Then add plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the strange behavior in your installation.

Yeah… I was exactly doing this. And guess what.. It works 🙂

Apparantly, it’s the Wp-Sticky plugin which was conflicting with something else… I deactivated it and now I have the content …

    Thanx again mercime…

The sticky functionality is now included in the wordpress core.
