# the_content_rss encode_html not working?

 * I recently upgraded from 1.5.2 to 2.0.1 and now when I view my RSS 2.0 feeds,
   fields with the_content_rss using an encode_html value of 2 are not correctly
   stripping HTML tags out, mainly the & symbol.
 * It was working fine before.
 * Anyone know why this is or how to fix it?
