Theme and plugin conflicts

When we use Avada theme with THE EVENTS CALENDAR plugin, we are not able to create event. (With other theme it’s working properly) Event details are, start date time, end date time, orginizer and venue not inserting. If we use event plugin version 4.7, its working g properly. But there is an issue with add new event in 4.9.2(latest version). Should we ask support with Avada theme or the events calendar plugin… Very urgent.. we are awaiting to live site….
