# Theme approval issues

 * I resubmitted my theme, the reviewer responded saying there was an error upon
   activation.. I have uploaded every developer plugin and followed all the instructions
   in regards to debug mode and I get 0 errors! I did some research on the error
   in question and it appears to be a bug in older versions of php and wordpress
   as noted here [http://talks.php.net/show/cp10/8](http://talks.php.net/show/cp10/8)
 * I have trying to get this thing approved for months.. I’m so beat on this and
   I can’t for the life of me find where I can reply to him on the theme ticket:

 * I’m happy to fix any issues, but its hard to do when I can’t replicate them :/

 * Login to themes.trac.wordpress.org. Then you will be able to respond in the ticket.
   I’m sorry but we cannot help you here as this kind of situation has to be handled
   within the theme review process – preferably within the ticket.

 * What PHP version are you using?? I’ve seen tons of those especially when it comes
   to Strict Standards ( usually 5.4 )
 * ps, you may want to resize your thumbnail to the right dimensions. 😉

 * Thanks guys for replying so quickly! I’ll try to login again but I literally 
   can’t find where to reply? Jose what do you mean by resizing my thumbnail dimensions?

 * Currently your dimensions are: 1280 by 960 which is way too big for the maximum
   size: 600 by 450. 🙂

 * ah the screenshot!! Yes I totally goofed on that one.. I’ll fix that 🙂 Also 
   I finally got logged into the themes.trac.wordpress.org! Hopefully I’ll get this
   thing resolved soon
