# Theme browser

 * Quite a few people have suggested that the list of themes on display at the WRC,
   which is currently setup using using Ryan’s theme switcher, would be much better
   if it had a theme browser such as the one in use at Alex King’s site.
 * Unfortunately, Alex is not able to share so I could really do with some help 
   from someone else who may know how to make one.
 * The Unofficial WP 1.5 Themes List is quite large now and judging by the stats
   is proving to be quite popular.
 * It would be good if someone in the _‘community’_ could help out and make things
   more accessible to all
 * Thanks for any offers of assistance 🙂

 * Well, this won’t have the same downloading feature, but if I were you, I’d setup
   an entirely new blog with the theme list and Ryan’s Theme Switcher plugin. But,
   that’s just a thought.

 * Why set up a whole new blog when there is a whole themes list and nearly 200 
   themes in use here, already using the theme switcher?

 * Good point. So, why setup a system like Alex’s Theme Browser? Either way you 
   go, it spells out “excess work”. You already have a system set up, and it is 
   a nice system.

 * Mainly because a few people have requested it. To be honest I would have thought
   it would not be too hard to make [if you know php that is – which I don’t] and
   if someone is able to then it might just make it easier for people.
 * It is not 100% necessary but more of a request.
 * I was also thinking of a means of how to make it easy for you macmanx to simply
   copy over the list to the Codex. It would make sense if we could find a means
   of making it easier for each other 🙂
