Theme Builder Elementor error with Royal Addon

    Version of WordPress: 6.4.3 Current Elementor Pro version: 3.19.2 Current Royal Elementor Addons version: 1.3.89

    Hello,

    I have been experiencing an issue for some time now.

    I have a navigation menu and a footer that I created using the Elementor Pro Theme Builder, with elements inside that utilize Royal Elementor Addons.

    However, recently, I am unable to access my Theme Builder. An error message appears, either stating: “Error: Error” or “Error: Internal Server Error.”

    In my Google console, I can see an error: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error).”

    If I deactivate the Royal Addon extension, the Elementor Pro Theme Builder works fine. Still, I absolutely need Royal Addon for my project to progress.

    Hi,
    First, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

    I am also facing a similar issue could you let me know what is the resolution for the same I see the thread marked as resolved but I dont see a solution for the same.
