# Theme compatibility issue

 * Hi Everyone,
 * After reading so many great reviews i was pumped to install it to my wordpress
   site.
 * Normally my product page looks like this : [http://imgur.com/a/BJ3Q1](http://imgur.com/a/BJ3Q1)
 * But after installing the plugin it looks like this (and doesn’t zoom when hovering):
   [http://imgur.com/a/mYixs](http://imgur.com/a/mYixs)
 * Anyone know how to fix this?

 * Hi Thomas,
 * a link to the website would be great so I can look into the HTML and see what’s
   going on. At least the name of the theme would be helpful in order to try to 
   replicate this on my computer.

 * I’ve deactivated the plugin because if this issue so a link won’t help very much
   i think.
 * The theme i use is Flatsome.
 * It looks like the plugin is automatically zooming when activated.

 * I’m afraid I cannot test it with the Flatsome theme, as it is a commercial only
   theme.

 * And you don’t have any other clue what it could be or how to fix it?

 * If I knew how to fix it, then I would build the fix directly in the plugin, but
   I cannot fix something that I cannot test. A copy of the theme would be helpful
   in this situation.
