Theme Crash, plugins will not activate

Something happened with my theme and now I lost all my widget info, my website headers changed, but most importantly, all of my plugins are asking me to activate. When I click activate, it gives me the green box and says “plugin activated” but it doesn’t actually do anything.

I’m using themify ultra and I’ve already cleared cashe, updated my theme, and anything else it asked me to update. I’ve also tried deleting the plugins and reinstalling them. They install fine, just don’t activate. Please help!
