 * Hi!
    I’ve bought a real estate theme some days back and installed wordpress on
   my domain but when i installed the templemonster theme that i bought and wanted
   to customise as per requirement it shows error –
 * (Warning: require_once(/home/delhirea/public_html/wp-content/themes/CherryFramework/
   admin/style-switcher/controls/layout-picker.php): failed to open stream: No such
   file or directory in/home/delhirea/public_html/wp-content/themes/CherryFramework/
   framework_options.php on line 1243
 * Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/delhirea/public_html/
   wp-content/themes/CherryFramework/admin/style-switcher/controls/layout-picker.
   php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/delhirea/public_html/

 * i want help for fix error any one can help me

   support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not have access to, nor do we
   support, [commercial products](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products)
