# Theme Customizer Default Sections

 * I’m using the Theme Customizer with a theme I’m building to add basic options
   and settings, but can’t get any of the the default sections to show apart from
   Site Title & Tagline and Static Front Page.
 * I’ve followed along with this [article by Otto](http://ottopress.com/2012/theme-customizer-part-deux-getting-rid-of-options-pages/)
   to add my own settinfs, controls and sections and I’m fine doing that,and I have
   added theme support for Header Image and Background but just can’t get them to
   appear.
 * I’ve browsed the codex but any information about using these default sections
   consists of about 1 sentence at the minute.
 * Any help appreciated 😉
