# Theme directory does not exist

 * My wordpress site is giving following error in theme section – “ERROR: The theme
   directory “Herald” does not exist.” All the plugins are removed . No new plugins
   can be installed. New plugins could not be created . its giving error “Could 
   not create directory” I tried changing the theme from phpmyadmin but its giving
