# theme does not read css

 * After getting hacked, I restored my blog and re-uploaded all the WP files as 
   well as my theme files. However, it seems like my theme is not able to read the
   css file in the themes folder itself.

 * It displays my blog entries and the sidebar but the css does not seem to be able
   to load with the blog. May I know what’s wrong? Has it got anything to do with
   the earlier hackings? Thank you.
