Theme Downloaded, but not WordPress Theme

    So I recently paid for and downloaded a theme, only to notice that it’s an HTML theme and not a WordPress theme. How can I use this theme on my WordPress site? I’ve attached an image, but if no one can see the image, the zip file includes “documentation” and “HTML” folders..

    Please assist.
