theme header & menu still show

Thanks a lot for this plugin, very handy and easy to use.
My question is my them default menu is showing up after I checked all boxes under hide elements by default and input .main-navigation, #mobile-header in hide elements, could you please help to take a look and see what can do? Thank you so much in advance.
