 * I am installing a theme and keep getting an error for the wp-includes/functions.
   php.
 * This is the error:
 * Warning: fopen(/home/jillian/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/wisebusiness_wp/
   style.css) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
   in /location…/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4165
 * Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /location…/
   wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4168
 * Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /location…/
   wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4171
