# Theme installation failed

 * After deleting ElegantThemes ‘Chameleon’ 2.2, I downloaded 2.3, uploaded the 
   zip file to WordPress, > Appearances > chose the zip file, clicked on “install
   now”, and received the following message:
 * ‘Unpacking the package…
 * ‘Installing the theme…
 * ‘Could not create directory. /home3/nativega/public_html/ildacom/wp-content/themes/
   Chameleon/
 * ‘Theme install failed.’
 * Please advise.

 * You could have an ownership or permissions issue somewhere. You might try installing
   the theme using your ftp client or the file manager in your hosts control panel.
   Upload the entire un-zipped theme directory to /wp-content/themes/ and see if
   that does the trick.

 * When you download theme zip file you need to unzip the file in there you will
   other files and folders and one of them will instructions file follow those instructions.
