# Theme Installation Problem!

 * Hey guys, i’m very VERY new to website building, currently i’m trying to build
   a website for a graphic design company i’m hoping to set up. Anyways back to 
   the point, the template which i payed for doesn’t seem to work, when i upload

 * I’ve tried to re-upload it many times, it’s also uploaded as a ZIP file! Also,
   i’ve tried to upload it with FTP, doesn’t work either.. Well it works but the
   template doesn’t fully transfer so it has no images, text or what was on the 
   preview template.

 * Unfortunately, we can’t help you with a commercial theme – as they aren’t supported
   on these forums – so you’ll need to ask the people you got the theme from.
 * It also looks like that theme is not released under the [GPL licensing](http://wordpress.org/about/license/)
   requirements of WP – so you may want to rethink using it altogether.
