# Theme Options/Customisation Page (Error in WordPress)

 * Good Evening All,
 * I was wondering if anyone could help me, I really need to solve this.
 * I have an error when using the Theme Options/theme customisation area here: wp-
   admin/customize.php
 * I am presented with the paste URL link option that you normall see on a page 
   template/page creation area. This box is showing over the save button on this
   page at the top left.
 * Does anyone know how I can fix this?
 * – WP – Version 4.6.1
    – Site – [http://www.studentmotorsport.com](http://www.studentmotorsport.com)(
   You wont be able to access community areas as it is restricted to members only
   but I can remove this restriction for anyone wanting to see the error ) – Theme–
   MSocial by GavickPro – RTMedia is installed
 * I appreciate any help you can provide.

 * As per the [Forum Welcome](https://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products),
   you should really be asking for assistance with errors from the place you [purchased the theme from](https://www.gavick.com/supportdesk/index.php?/Tickets/Submit),
   we don’t get supplied commercial themes so we can’t offer much help I’m afraid.

 * Thanks for the reply, I was unaware, I thought this was a WordPress issue.
 * Yes I did try but no luck…
