 * Hey,
 * I have some trouble with styling of some links on my website. It seems that the
   theme overwrites my customization. I have a general setup in the theme customizer,
   that links have the color white. But I want to have a few links in another color.
   When customizer is opened, my customization works and is being displayed. When
   I save and close the customizer, nothing changed and links have the general link
   color set up in the theme customizer.
 * [changed link color has no effect even displayed in inspector](https://vorausgekocht.de/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Bildschirmfoto-2019-04-10-um-11.47.19.png)
 * [link color only displayed in customizer but nowhere else](https://vorausgekocht.de/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Bildschirmfoto-2019-04-10-um-11.50.48.png)
 * The problem appears only with few links, it seems that customizations have no
   effect on javacript files, because i have the same problem with a link of javascript
   styled map. Even when I try the “!important” code it has no effect. I am working
   via a child theme, maybe this could also be problem?
 * Do you have an idea how to fix this problem?
 * Thanks
    Grindelo

 * Hello Dear,
 * You can use child theme and there add the CSS for link color.

 * I already use a child theme and every customization I do via a child theme. I
   also wrote this in my question… so unfortunately your answer doesn’t solve my
   problem. thanks anyway.

 * Hello,
 * Try to use `!important` in your custom CSS if the theme stylesheet overwrites
   it –
