 * Hi,
 * I hope you are all well.
 * I want to search and preview theme in WordPress in order to find a better fit
   for my website.
 * I logged in, clicked on appearance, theme, then filter by 3 column. So far so
   good.The problem happen when I click on preview.
    I have open the console and
   I get the following error: `WebSocket connection to 'wss://public-api.wordpress.
   com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data' failed: Error during WebSocket handshake:
   Unexpected response code: 403`
 * I looked into this, I have deactivate and reactivate Jetpack but I still have
   the issue.Please could you help?

 * Hi there!
 * My first question would be if you have tried deactivating all plugins as well
   besides just the one plugin?
 * There are times when it could be another plugin just causing an error with another.
   It hurts to see those at times but can happen.

 * Thank you for your advice I have tested the plugins in trouble shooting mode.
   
   It seems that I have an issue when I enable the following plugin : 404 to 301–
   Redirect, Log and Notify 404 Errors
 * info about tha plugin:
    Version: 3.0.5 Author: Joel James Last Updated: 8 months
   ago Requires WordPress: 3.5 or higher Compatible up to: 5.3.4 Requires PHP: 5.6
   or higher
 * What do I do now ? (sorry I am still a beginner).

 * The first thing I think of would be reaching out to the developer about that 
   to see if that’s expected behavior or not. From the looks of things you could
   potentially reach out here: [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/404-to-301/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/404-to-301/)
 * If you know for certain you aren’t using that it can be removed.
