 * header and footer does not work on my theme..

   plug-in is used in this case is “disrupting the site design”
 * you made the pluig according to “your own theme” (Theme by wpamanuke)
 * hopefully with plugin update happens in the form of wordpress page design
 * + my theme header
    – resume page (wp page template) + my theme footer
 * thanks for the plugin
