Theme problem, or spammer?

    I am using the “City Dreams” theme, and WP 3.01 for riceutah.com and noticed the following comment today:

    Your web page is great. Thats why I’ll warn you – the theme that you are working with have bug inside code. It is fairly easy to gain admin level entry. Test ww.wp.xz.cn themes subforum, way more data there.

    The URL in the comment appears to be a fake Polish site on Aquariums. There are no comments about serious bugs on the theme that I could find…?

    Is this just the latest comment spam, or a legitimate warning?
