Theme Slider does not work after WordPress Update

    I currently have a plugin slider installed for the time being, but the theme slider that can be edited in theme customization settings no longer works. It appeared after a WordPress update and the the theme got corrupted. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Minamaze theme and recovered the format of everything except the slider.

    I want to get the slider working again because it loaded faster then any of the slider plugins.

    Hello aberencz,

    The slider is coming via plugin in that case you need to contact plugin developer to get support in this issue.

    It is the plugin developers responsibility to ensure their plugin is compatible with all themes. Certainly if they feel there is an issue with the theme, then they’ll need to provide a bug report.

    Apologies I couldn’t be of more assistance, we’re happy to help with any issues caused by the theme itself, but unfortunately are not best placed to assist with 3rd party issues.
