 * Hello,
    I am writing a custom theme for my website, based on the twenty-seventeen
   theme.
 * My question is where would be a good place to export some hardcoded values from
   the theme into constants?
 * Thanks in advance for the help!

 * Generally, constants are declared in the theme’s functions.php file.
