Theme submission ticket

I have updated one of my themes that are in the theme directory.
The ticket is up but none of the files seem to exist from the links:
http://themes.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/ticket/3890
Any ideas? Is this temporary while the server processes (I uploaded about 6 hours ago)?
