Theme Template Browsing?

Am I blind? No, don’t answer that. 😉

I used to find the “Themes” template browsing directory on the “Extend” page of ww.wp.xz.cn. Now, its no longer there. There are no instructions nor a link on how to find the templates.

Can someone point me the right direction?
