# Theme update

 * Hello Them grill Team
    I really love your ColorMag theme and have created my 
   website with the free version. I have changed the appearance to fit the content
   of my website. I am still using version 1.3.8. of ColorMag but would like to 
   update to 1.4.9. My question: Will I lose all the changes I made to the theme(
   menues, logos, footer etc)? Is there a way to keep my cahnges and update to the
   actual version of Color Mag? Is the version 1.3.8. still stable and safe to use?

 * Just adding: i haven’t changed anything in the “Theme editor”. I only used the“
   Customizer”. Will these changes be affected by an update?

 * It will not be affected by an update done, as you’d made changes only in customizer.

 * Thank you for the quick answer, it went nice and easy. The only problem I noticed
   after updating the theme is a problem with the slider. The website shows the 
   photos but not as a slider anymore. I changed the settings to a different widget
   and everything works fine. Just the slider didnt work. Thanks again!!
