 * hi everyone, well i’m new here and have run straight into the too hard basket!
   i’m trying to upload a theme – but how do you do that when you are as technically
   enept as me?
    please help!

 * use FileZilla ftp (its free , search at google), then upload ur theme into theme
   folder
