# Theme Upload Problem- Please Help.

 * Hello, I am trying to upload a new theme and I keep getting the following message:
 * Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 42991616) (tried to allocate 2763939 bytes)
   in /mnt/w0610/d19/s07/b0324381/www/mywebsite.com/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.
   php on line 4215
 * Can someone please help me figure out what this means or how to fix it? Thanks
   a bunch.
