    Your best source of information is the theme
   or plugin author.

 * What do you mean by that? How do I manage the themeco license? I do not have 
   that as it was not givin to me on the purchase of the business, just the go daddy
   and word press log in info .

 * I will assume that themeco is a theme. Go to your WordPress admin and under the
   Appearance menu is Theme Editor. You can look in the readme file for how to contact
   the theme author.
    If it’s a plugin, there is a similar editor under Plugins.
   Both themes and plugins are separate from the WordPress software that we provide
   here.
