 * Generally speaking, you theme should already have menu support built in via _**
   Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus**_
 * As that’s a commercial theme you’ll need to seek support from the vendor.

 * I have tried from appearance-> menu-> but they are appearing horizontal I want
   them vertical

 * Sadly, I don’t believe that that is something that could be adjusted via CSS 
   but you can try. My CSS is always lacking so that may work for you.
 * Install the [Firebug extension](http://getfirebug.com/) and see if playing with
   the CSS will solve it for you.
