# Themeisle block – section issue

 * Hello,
 * I am having issues with editing all of my pages. When I go in to edit any of 
   my pages, I get this message and the page looks error like and strange –
 * “Your site doesn’t support the “themeisle-blocks/advanced-columns” block”
 * I have tried updating the plugins and the wordpress version, i have tried restoring….
   everything.
 * I think its a bug…can you please assist?

 * Please try using the “Health Check” plugin to diagnose the issue: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).
 * In the troubleshooting tab, you can disable all plugins and have the theme changed
   while logged in; visitors will see the website as if the plugin(s) and/or theme
   wasn’t changed.
 * In this case, please try deactivating plugins (besides Classic Editor)/switching
   your current theme to determine if plugins and/or theme(s) are causing your issue.

 * Will deactivating all my plugins and switching the theme disrupt the site for
   external users?
 * also I cannot seem to be able to find the “classic editor” plugin.
