Title: themes.php, plugins.php Error 324 Last modified: August 22, 2016 --- # themes.php, plugins.php Error 324 * [seriseri](https://wordpress.org/support/users/seriseri/) * (@seriseri) * [11 years, 6 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/themesphp-pluginsphp-error-324-326/) * Hello, * I can use my web site normally EXCEPT the page de themes.php : mysite.com/wp- admin/themes.php * also pages of plugins.php : mysite.com/wp-admin/plugins.php mysite.com/wp-admin/ plugin-install.php * It began since I upgrade WordPress version 3.5.2. * So, recently, I removed everything via FTP and uploaded WordPress 4.0. * But I have still same problem of thoses pages… * Could someone help me, please ? * I tried on Chrome, Firefox, Explore, Safari, etc…and Always white page with Error 324 … * P.S 1. If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s). When you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try deactivating via [FTP or SFTP ](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)or whatever file management application your host provides (also read [http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)). Also remember to deactivate any plugins in the mu-plugins folder. And for error page.php, I removed those and than upload those again.
