theming woocommerce

Hi guys,

Iam trying to style my new webshop. I have the woocommerce plugin.
I made a child theme and put all the woocommerce template files in it.

However, in the woocommerce plugin dir there also is a file woocoemmerce.php

It says:
* The template for displaying all pages.

* This is the template that displays all pages by default.
* Please note that this is the WordPress construct of pages
* and that other ‘pages’ on your WordPress site will use a

This files does the styling/structure for all shop pages.

But if i have this files i cant adjust the template files.
And if i remove it the whole structure is gone.

Can anyone tell me something about this?
What is the best way to adjust the theme here?
