 * Hi,
 * Is there a way to integrate this or pro version with third party apps? I am looking
   to integrate with WhatsApp business if possible. Otherwise, if it allows interaction
   via some API (such as a REST API) that will also work.

 * It is currrently not possible. No API available.
    So far, we have integrated 
   with FB messenger with an addon. Whatsapp is in the roadmap but may be a while.
